On-site Food Safety Coordinator

Zipdev is seeking an On-site Food Safety Coordinator for a client's manufacturing facility. The role focuses on maintaining and strengthening food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with global food safety standards, and supporting high-quality production. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and experience with fast-paced food manufacturing environments.

Requirements

• Maintain all required food safety documentation.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with CCPs and GMPs.
• Track production trends and KPIs using Excel, Office 365, Teams, Trace, and CRM tools.
• Oversee environmental monitoring programs and report non-conformities.
• Support emergency response and incident management.
• Provide guidance to manufacturing floor staff.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Must be located in Tijuana; transportation assistance may be provided.
• US workpermit and experience crossing the border with authorized work-permit and background check
