Collections Associate

Zipdev is seeking a Collections Associate to assist attorneys and law firms in recovering unpaid legal fees and costs from former clients. The position requires a California-experienced attorney or paralegal with experience in fee arbitration, collection of unpaid legal fees, and litigation against former clients. This is a contract worker position.

Requirements

• Experience in fee disputes, collections, or civil litigation.
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience supporting fee arbitration, collection, or litigation matters.
• Strong legal writing, organization, and client communication skills.
• Proficiency with legal and case management software preferred.
• Remote work (Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week).
