Head of Total Rewards Strategy & Operations

Zinnia is seeking a Vice President of Total Rewards to lead the development, execution, and evolution of the company's global compensation and benefits programs. This role will focus on leveraging technology, AI, and modern systems to streamline processes, drive efficiency, and enhance talent management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a PE-backed environment and act as both strategist and hands-on operator.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in a private equity-backed environment strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale transformational initiatives.
• Strong background in partnering with third-party vendors.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
