Job Description
We are looking for motivated and proactive caregivers for Laar 5. You will provide care and support to residents with a moderate to severe intellectual disability and psychiatric problems.
Requirements
- Care diploma at least at mbo 3 level
- Experience in disability care or the motivation to learn this with us
- Strong personality that can cope with challenging behavior
- Hands-on approach and ability to work well in a dynamic environment
- Affinity with Gentle Teaching or the curiosity to delve deeper into this

- Minimum gross salary of € 2,836,- to € 3,825,- (FWG 40)
