Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-4 years of mid-level administrative experience in a professional services office required
- Meticulous organizational and filing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and efficiently in a competing deadline sensitive environment
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Proficiency with Newforma, Bluebeam, Deltek Vision, InDesign or Affinity Designer preferred
