Zeit für Brot is seeking a Bakery Supervisor to lead their Heidelberg bakery. The role involves optimizing workflows, motivating the team, scheduling staff, ensuring product quality, and managing raw material procurement and cleanliness standards. Requirements
- Training as a baker
- Several years of professional experience in the bakery
- Ideally, training as a Master Baker / Pastry Chef
- Passion for the baking trade and high quality standards
- Experience in leading and motivating employees
- Awareness of order and cleanliness
