Job Description
Zepos & Yannopoulos is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to support their HR department. This role involves core HR activities like attendance management, leave and absences, budget and benefits administration, and payroll support. The company is digitally transforming its processes, focusing on digitalization and employee-centric culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Psychology/Business Studies or in similar fields
- Master’s Degree in HRM
- At least 4 years of working experience within a multinational HR environment
- Excellent knowledge of ERGANI
- Good knowledge of HR regulations and labor law matters
- Familiarity with HR metrics
- Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written)
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office and HR systems)
