The Sr. Industrial Engineering Project Manager will lead industrial engineering projects to optimize and standardize business processes throughout the organization. They will analyze production processes, develop lean manufacturing strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business objectives.

- Lead and manage large-scale industrial engineering projects
- Analyze production processes, workflows, and layouts
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies, Six Sigma initiatives, and continuous improvement programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and executive updates
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of best practices and standards
- Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Drive continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, OEE, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with ISO, AS, TS, FDA, and other regulatory standards
