Job Description
This Continuous Improvement Specialist will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve cost, throughput, quality, and customer satisfaction. They will apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify process improvements, standardize best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The role collaborates with teams at all levels to optimize operations, reduce waste, and build organizational capability.
Requirements
- Lead Projects using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, and other methodologies
- Facilitate Cross-Functional Improvement (Kaizen events, value stream mapping, rapid problem-solving)
- Capability Building (Mentoring and training in Strategic Problem Solving & Six Sigma)
- Apply statistical analysis (Hypothesis testing, regression, DOE, GR&R, SPC)
- Manage project ROI and link initiatives to financial priorities
