Payroll Specialist

ZeroFox is seeking a Payroll Specialist to assist with all payroll-related functions, ensuring compliance and accurate payroll activities. This role involves handling sensitive data, analyzing trends, and collaborating with various departments. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are essential.

Requirements

• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes and propose process improvements
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, etc.); ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets
• 2–3 years of payroll processing / analysis experience, ideally in a multi-state environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business is a plus
