Job Description
Zentro is a rapidly growing internet service provider focused on the multi-dwelling unit (MDU) market, serving customers across Chicago, Los Angeles, and Detroit. They offer bulk internet and managed Wi-Fi solutions, prioritizing customer satisfaction and leveraging a streamlined business model. The Field Service Technician will be part of the frontline team, providing excellent customer support and maintenance for customers' internet and DirecTV services.
Requirements
- Complete understanding of the physical layer (Cat 5/6, 66 blocks, 110 blocks, patch panels, multimode fiber, coax, etc.)
- Customer friendly personality and good conversation skills
- Superior troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Solid understanding of home networking equipment, switches, routers, WiFi, streaming devices, etc.
