Senior Product Support Specialist

Zenoti is looking for a Senior Product Support Specialist to join their support team to help customers use their all-in-one, cloud-based software solution effectively. The successful candidate will work with customers to solve issues, own customer reported issues, and provide feedback to influence the direction of the product.

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years in supporting web-based enterprise applications
• Previous advanced support experience with data-driven, web-based applications
• Strong logical, analytical and problem solving skills
