Operations Associate - Minneapolis

Zen Educate is a technology company that helps match schools with teaching staff. The Operations Associate will work with the Teacher Success Team to onboard potential teachers and match them to specific criteria based on a school's needs.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or sales (tech sales or recruitment experience a strong asset)
• Dedicated to conducting proactive outreach to educators daily
• Must be an independent and self-motivated worker
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Comfortable with technology including Google suite
