Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Workday HRIS Payroll systems
• Expertise in Workday US (highly desirable - Canada) Payroll, including configuration, compliance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Workday Security, including role-based access and data privacy standards.
• Proficiency in Workday Reporting and analytics tools, with experience creating advanced payroll reports and dashboards.
• Experience with integrations between Workday and third-party systems such as tax and benefits providers.
