Job Description
Zego is looking for a Senior Pricing Manager to shape and execute pricing strategy across products, markets, and customer segments. The role involves partnering with senior leadership, influencing company-wide decision making, and driving pricing capability as Zego continues to grow in the UK and Europe.
Requirements
- Significant experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management
- Proven ability to operate at senior manager level, influencing leadership and driving outcomes across multiple stakeholders and functions
- Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to balance growth, risk, customer value, and profitability
- Advanced analytical capability and comfort working with data driven insights, models, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to simplify complexity and influence decision making at executive level
- Experience building, scaling, or improving pricing frameworks, governance, or operating models
- Demonstrated people leadership or coaching experience, with a track record of developing others and elevating team performance
