Zefr is a leader in AI-powered content classifications for brands and advertisers, seeking an Account Manager to collaborate with sales team on client relations, manage client questions and issues, and work cross-functionally with various teams to ensure client success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of account management experience in online media agency or ad sales organization
- Strong analytical skills, including high level of comfort with Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization
- Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance
- Familiarity with ad serving and online ad research tools (ComScore, DCM, Nielsen NetRatings, AdRelevance) a plus
- Proven ability to develop strong working relationships with clients
