We are looking for a Delivery Specialist to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany. As a Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and memorable delivery experience for our customers. You will work closely with our local service partners, Inside sales and service teams to make sure every car is perfectly prepared, inspected, and detailed before it's handed over.

Requirements

• Own the vehicle delivery process for your customers
• Collaborate with local service partners and Inside sales and service teams
• Be the main point of contact for customers throughout the delivery journey
• Coordinate and manage delivery logistics
• Manage physical vehicle handovers via our service partner
• Proactively look for ways to improve the delivery experience
