Requirements
- Preferably 3-5 years' experience in automotive B2B fleet sales
- Strong B2B sales and relationship-building skills
- Negotiation and commercial acumen
- Ability to communicate technical EV and TCO topics clearly
- Structured working style with strong pipeline management capability
- Familiarity with South/ South-West German fleet landscape and leasing ecosystem
- BEV sales or consulting experience preferred
