Requirements
- Delivering high-quality professional learning sessions
- Training sessions maintaining high average preparedness and satisfaction scores
- Ensuring question answering and clear communication
- Staying current with Zearn products and PD content
- Improving facilitator's proficiency in Zearn products
- Collaborating with various teams
