ZayZoon is seeking a skilled Team Lead, Developer to join their team and drive innovation in employee financial wellness. This role involves leading a team of developers, mentoring them on Agile processes, contributing to technical work, and advocating for improvements in the team's performance. ZayZoon is a rapidly growing financial empowerment platform focused on helping employees thrive.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Ruby on Rails experience with production applications
- Experience leading a team of developers in a Scrum/agile environment
- Recent Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent credentials
- Strong communication skills to translate between business and technical nomenclature
- Skills in resolving conflicts between team members
- A mastery of fundamentals. SOLID coding principles, domain-driven design, performant code and queries, unit and integration testing
- Ability to build quick and clean when MVP becomes core functionality
- A full stack mentality
