Senior Data Engineer

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, BI, or data engineering roles.
• Mastery of Power BI (DAX, data modeling, storytelling).
• Strong SQL skills.
• Deep understanding of data pipelines, ETL frameworks, and cloud platforms.
• Strong predictive analytics mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Databricks (or similar).
• Previous success in HR analytics, financial analytics, or operational intelligence.
