Job Description
The Youth Ministry Coordinator is responsible for supporting and developing parish-based youth ministry programs. This role involves building relationships with youth, developing youth ministry plans, and collaborating with parishes and other community organizations. The coordinator will also contribute to the development of programs and events, ensuring that the youth ministry aligns with the Diocese of Orlando's core values.
Requirements
- Practice of the Catholic faith
- Education in Theology or Youth Ministry
- Bachelor's Degree in Theology or Youth Ministry
- Minimum of three years of applicable experience
- Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong language and communication skills
- Ability to read and analyze written and electronic correspondence
- Physical ability to perform tasks outlined in requirements
