Maintenance Worker

The Maintenance Worker provides routine maintenance services for building, equipment, and property, and performs janitorial support services to staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant experience in similar position preferred
• Working knowledge of all building systems, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.
• Ability to diagnose trouble issues, make minor repairs and work with outside vendors
• Knowledge of proper use and disposal of hazardous materials, safe handling techniques, and use of proper safety equipment as outlined by OSHA
