Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Machine Learning (MLE) to lead the development and operationalization of machine learning systems powering Taco Bell's voice AI experience. This role focuses on performance, scalability, and reliability across real-time models, partnering with AI Engineers, QA, and DevOps. MLEs will also mentor and guide a team, driving MLOps best practices and contributing to AI-driven system integration.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in machine learning
- 2+ years of experience in technical leadership
- Proven expertise in deploying NLP, ASR, or LLM-based systems
- Strong programming skills in Python and ML tooling
- Experience optimizing model latency and integrating ML with backend infrastructure
