We are looking for an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our client's recruitment process and develop their talent strategy.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in talent acquisition in the scale-up or tech sector
- Demonstrable leadership experience of larger teams with a focus on team development
- Well-developed strategic and analytical thinking – combined with implementation strength
- Sales affinity and experience in cooperation with sales-driven business units
- Sovereign stakeholder management at C-level
- Very good German and English knowledge
