Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) provides intense individualized mental health interventions and support services to children/adolescents with psychiatric diagnoses and their families in community-based settings.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent and ability to completed 40+ hours of training
- Minimum of 2 years of experience of provision of behavioral health services
- Behavioral Health Certification or Behavior Analysis Certification from accredited organization
- Certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)
- Previous experience working with youth/adolescence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer skills; proficient in Microsoft 365 is preferred; experience using an electronic health record system (EHR) is a plus
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
