Job Description
This role involves providing operational support for FinTech business systems, Point-of-Sales (POS) devices, and clients, supporting Sales management, and troubleshooting issues in both on-site and off-site settings. The role requires the ability to configure disaster recovery solutions, manage networking and routing, and develop APIs.
Requirements
- Experience in administratingLinux and Unix systemenvironments
- Strong experiences in Linux; mainlyCentOSandRedHat
- Experience withOracle,MySQLandnoSQL
- Able to configure Disaster Recovery solutions in virtualized environments
- Able to write scripts in Python
- Knowledge of Point-of-Sales (POS) devices
- Good skills to manageIP routing, BGP routing, setup VPNs & load balancers
- Strong understanding of the container concept (Dockercontainer) and the Docker orchestration (Kubernetes/ OpenShift)
- Experience with cloud providers, specifically GCP & AWS
- Familiar with API Testing, e.g.postman
- UnderstandingJavascript
- Able to do web optimization
- Have the strong ability to document SOPs for deliverables
- Strong reporting skills
- Basic software development skills is a plus
