Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to plan, implement, and optimize initiatives that sustainably fill our sales pipeline in the SME and LE segments. The role involves coordinating external partners, managing paid ads, and working closely with Sales, Account-Based Marketing, and Growth Marketing.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Media Management, or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the (SaaS) software sector with a focus on SME and LE segments
- Extensive experience in performance marketing, multi-channel campaigns, and paid advertising
- Experience in SEO and ideally in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on optimization experience
- Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
