Job Description
We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Manager to support Yorkville University's procurement strategy through proactive supplier sourcing, contract negotiations, and market research.
Requirements
- Experience in procurement and strategic sourcing within a complex organization
- Hands-on experience developing and managing competitive solicitations, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFSQs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certification such as SCMP, CPSM, or equivalent
- Analytical and negotiation skills
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Proficient with procurement and data analysis tools, and comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
