Course Developer

We are seeking Course Developers to design and develop new courses in the broader fields of public policy and administration. This is a remote, part-time, contract-based role, based in Canada.

Requirements

• Collaborate with academic leadership, curriculum design, and the Learning Design team to create courses
• Design engaging course content that integrates scholarship, applied research, and emerging developments in Canadian governance, policy, and public service
• Incorporate current policy discourse, government practices, and professional standards into course materials
• Assess course effectiveness through stakeholder feedback, data analysis, and scholarly review
• Stay informed about current pedagogical research, emerging instructional technologies, and best practices in online course delivery
