The Property Maintenance Director is responsible for the overall preventative and restorative maintenance of facilities and equipment at assigned Centers. This includes lawn maintenance, commercial cleaning, floor maintenance and restoration, and general commercial building maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a journeyman's license in a trade and/or a minimum of three years' experience in maintenance, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.
