Job Description
The Before and After School Program Staff will assist in supervising a safe childcare program at a designated site. This role involves planning and participating in weekly activities for a group of 10-15 children, ensuring their safety and well-being. Shift coverage is available from 6:15am-8:30am and/or 2:30pm-6:15pm. The position requires participation in YMCA training.
Requirements
- CPR/AED/O2/First Aid certification, renewed annually
- Completion of Redwoods trainings within 30 days of hire
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years of age, have interest in/support YMCA values
- Ability to work with school age children
- Possibility of work outside scheduled hours
