The Inclusion Specialist is responsible for facilitating the inclusion of youth with special needs into YMCA programs, ensuring their safety and well-being, and serving as a positive role model.
Requirements
- Passionate and positive attitude towards working with youth with special needs
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Minimum of 60 college credits or Associates Degree in related field
