Job Description
This part-time or non-exempt position focuses on the daily operations of an early childhood childcare program. The role involves planning, developing curriculum, ensuring safety, and maintaining a positive learning environment for infants and toddlers. The position requires strong communication skills, adherence to safety regulations, and the ability to manage a program effectively.
Requirements
- Plans, develops, and implements weekly lesson plans.
- Documents attendance, absenteeism, and incidents.
- Handles discipline promptly and documents reports.
- Maintains a safe and organized classroom environment.
- Works collaboratively with team members.
- Attends required training and meetings.
- Maintains relevant records.
