Job Description
The Building Supervisor is responsible for supervising the building during evening and weekend hours when Program Staff are not available. This role involves proactive disciplinary measures, emergency response, problem-solving, and member support, all within a welcoming and inclusive environment. The YMCA aims to be a place where everyone belongs and can be a catalyst for positive change.
Requirements
- Responsible for supervising building during evening and weekend hours
