Out of School Time Educator (Part-Time)

The YMCA of Central Massachusetts is seeking Part-Time Out of School Time Educators to work directly with school-aged children (5-13) in the Southbridge branch, MA. This involves supervising children, designing activities, and fostering positive relationships within school systems. The position offers in-person work from Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to work afternoons, mid-week, and weekends.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• 6 months of prior experience working with school-aged children
• High school diploma/GED or in the process of obtaining a degree
• Physical ability to work at YMCA facilities
