Job Description
Yext is seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead the development of their product and services. The team operates in an agile environment, with sprints running 2 weeks and featuring hands-on code with the best equipment. Successful candidates will be seasoned software engineers with experience in team leadership, design, and technical documentation, and will be part of a dynamic team leveraging cutting-edge technology.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of industry experience
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of 3+ engineers
- Strong foundation in software architecture, design, data structures and algorithms
- Fluency with Java, C++, Python, or similar
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced startup environment
