Job Description
Yext is seeking a Developer Assistance Support Engineer to provide advanced technical guidance to customers, partners, and internal teams. This role focuses on troubleshooting complex issues related to APIs, integrations, and product implementation, acting as a liaison between technical teams and clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a senior technical support, software engineering, or professional services role.
- Deep understanding of the web technology stack (Reactjs, CSS, Javascript, HTTP, HTML, and DNS).
- Expert-level knowledge of API infrastructures (JSON, XML, RESTful APIs).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Impeccable customer service focus.
