Position is responsible for presenting, promoting and ultimately selling products to existing and prospective customers in the MRO space, identifying emerging markets, and developing plans to expand sales/revenue.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a sales representative selling in the industrial industry with knowledge of products sold.
- Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed.
- Create and implement a sales strategy that ensures you meet personal sales goals as well as those set in place by the company.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
