Commercial Construction Estimator

Yellowstone Local is proud to represent Mora Construction Inc., an industry leader in commercial construction, offering a full-time, in-person role in Louisville, KY, with a salary of $75,000 to $110,000 or up to $150,000 for senior or lead estimators, along with bonus potential tied to margins or bid wins, and flexible schedule.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in the construction industry with residential and or commercial estimating experience
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating, bidding, and preconstruction processes
• Experience with PlanSwift required
• Bluebeam experience preferred, but not mandatory
• Solid understanding of construction methods, budgeting, and project management principles
• Proven ability to perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis accurately
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the Louisville, KY construction market is preferred
• Construction site experience preferred
• Self-motivated professional with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
