Requirements Engineer

We are looking for a Requirements Engineer to gather and analyze data, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop data-driven solutions to support decision-making and improve business performance. The ideal candidate has a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, and over 3 years of experience as a business analyst in the aviation industry. Excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as experience with project management methodologies and tools, are required.

Requirements

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Over 3 years of experience as a business analyst, with a focus on the aviation industry and requirements management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in managing service and system requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proven experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
• Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., IBM DOORS, JIRA) and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
