- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design, interaction design, prototyping, and product thinking
- Experience designing for sports products; knowledge of predictive gaming is a plus
- Passion for sports and deep understanding of the industry and competitive landscape
- Proven ability to design products that meet or exceed accessibility standards
- Analytical skills with experience using data to inform design decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high levels of empathy and collaboration
- Proficiency with design tools for creating concepts, prototypes, and specifications
