Our central warehouse is the heart of XXL and a crucial part of the chain's operations. We have a team of 100 employees and are responsible for product distribution to our stores in Norway and to our customers in our online store.

Requirements

• Experience in warehousing and logistics
• Experience with staff responsibility or leadership role
• Structured, solution-oriented, and confident in decision-making
• Good verbal and written communication skills (NO/SV and ENG)
• Knowledge of Axapta, Microsoft 365, eManager, CatalystOne, and WFM is an advantage
• Technical understanding and interest in development and improvement
• Clear, present, and motivating leader
• Team player who builds good culture
• Ability to handle high tempo and parallel tasks
• Result- and quality-oriented
