Head of UX

XTM Group is seeking a Head of UX to lead the end-to-end user experience across their key product areas. This role involves strategy, design, mentorship, and collaboration with various teams to create intuitive and scalable digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about language technology and dedicated to building a solution-oriented and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX/product design in SaaS B2B products
• Proven track record of leading UX initiatives in a cross-functional product team environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent UX thinking and user-centered design outcomes
• Experience in delivering impactful user-centric experiences combined with strong commercial awareness
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
• Experience conducting or collaborating on user research and usability testing
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
