Job Description
Xodus Group is seeking an Engineering Manager for Electrical & Power Systems to deliver Engineering deliverables for projects in the offshore wind, interconnectors, and energy transition sectors. The role involves providing technical expertise, leading a team, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. This is a hybrid position based in Glasgow, Scotland.
Requirements
- Provide inspirational line management and mentoring to the Electrical & Power Systems Engineering team.
- Lead and provide Electrical & Power Systems Engineering input into tenders and project deliverables.
- Ensure projects and tenders are delivered in accordance with engineering requirements.
- Lead Electrical & Power Systems Engineering deliverables through feasibility studies and design reviews.
