Operations Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for an Operations Manager (m/f/d) for our Asian restaurants XIAO. As Operations Manager (w/m/d), you will be the operational interface between restaurant management and management. You will be responsible for the existing restaurants as well as the opening of new restaurants.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in system gastronomy, particularly several years of leadership experience
• Experience in a comparable position desirable
• Good English skills
• Fundamentally, economic knowledge
• Well-developed entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as analytical thinking ability
• Well-developed organizational and time management skills
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
