Territory Business Manager - Gvoke - Northeast - Manhattan

The Territory Business Manager is responsible for achieving commercial objectives in the assigned territory in alignment with Xeris' corporate goals. The role involves developing and executing strategic and tactical territory and account level business plans to meet and exceed sales goals and business objectives.

Requirements

• Deliver on corporate objectives specific to territory
• Develop and execute territory and account level business plans
• Engage with Regional Business Directors and internal business partners to eliminate barriers to progress
• Manage territory budget and resource allocations
• Create a face to the internal and external customer
• Collaborate with peers, marketing, and training personnel to share information and implement territory initiatives/strategies
• Create, build, and maintain relationships with physicians and other health care providers
• Professionally and ethically represent Xeris to external customers
• Take responsibility for ongoing professional development
• Leverage internal training and development
