Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related infrastructure roles
- Proven experience operating and scaling Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, HashiCorp Vault, and Min.IO in production environments
- Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible
- Strong understanding of virtualization and networking (e.g., VMware, NSX-T, OpenStack)
- Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or the Elastic Stack
- Ability to define and implement target architectures in dynamic, agile environments
- Solid grasp of IT security principles and experience working within ISO 27001 or similar compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
