Job Description
Xempus is a leading independent Software-as-Service (SaaS) platform for pension, life, and health insurance management. They are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of their software products, taking ownership of test planning, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This is a fixed-term position for two years to cover parental leave.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software quality assurance
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Playwright and TypeScript
- Familiarity with Swagger and CI/CD environments
- Understanding of agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in fully remote teams
- Experience with test strategies such as regression testing, exploratory testing, and smoke testing
- Professional-level English proficiency
- Interest in and initial hands-on experience with AI tools
