We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with experience in Guidewire Claim Center. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in IT projects, strong hands-on experience with Guidewire CC or PC or BC, and the ability to analyze and validate configuration, including coverage models, rules, and workflow behaviors. The role is remote and requires a work permit and active VAT status in the EU VIES registry.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
- 5+ years of strong hands-on functional experience with Guidewire CC or PC or BC
- ability to analyze and validate ClaimCenter or PolicyCenter or BillingCenter configuration, including coverage models, rules, and workflow behaviors
- experience mapping end-to-end processes across PolicyCenter → ClaimCenter → BillingCenter, especially for coverage checks and cross-product interactions
- experience in working in the insurance field
- ACE certificate
- familiarity with modern IT technologies and platforms, including integration and backend services
- experience in system integrations
- ability to model system integrations and datasets
- ability to build good relationships with people, including senior management executives
- communication skills in Polish and English
- commitment and independency, understanding the impact of the delivered IT solutions on businesses and organizations
- familiarity with the agile software development cycle
- knowledge how to apply relevant business analysis tools and techniques
- familiarity with modern IT technologies and platforms
